Who we are
Tenute Zuccarella®
Tenute Zuccarella® is a producer organization (PO) based in the Metapontino area, a naturally fertile fruit and vegetable growing area in Basilicata. For over seventy years, we have operated along the entire supply chain, from production to marketing, selecting and coordinating specialized farms that make innovation and sustainability the PO’s hallmarks.
Tenute Zuccarella® brand products are traceable and compliant with the main international food quality and safety standards, including IFS Food, GlobalG.A.P., and ISCC PLUS.

Fruit and Vegetables from the Fields of Basilicata
Ruby-red strawberries available from January to May, grown in greenhouses and soilless. Sweet and juicy mangoes. Green figs with pink flesh. Crispy and versatile friggitello peppers used in traditional Italian recipes.
Friggitelli
Harvested from September to February, the Friggitello from Basilicata is tasty, crunchy, and versatile in the kitchen.
Mango
Grown in Basilicata, it is harvested between August and September, and is characterised by its sweetness, consistency and juicy pulp.
Strawberries
Grown in greenhouses and partly soilless, they have a high Brix level, a firm texture, and a persistent flavor.
Figs
They are available from August to October. They have bright green skin and pale, pink, and sweet flesh.
